Orders
No, you don’t need to create an account, you can place an order directly.
But it’s better to create an account. After you create an account you can: view status of your order, view order history, manage shipping addresses and payment methods, change your password, process returns, and see promotional discounts when available.
We strive to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
- Processing Window: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.
- Operational Hours: Our logistics team operates Monday through Friday.
- Friday Orders: Please note that orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday, as our carriers do not count weekends or Fridays as active dispatch days.
- High Volume Disclaimer: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you immediately via email.

- To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via the "Contact Us" page or email us at support@thenaturalexpressions.com .
- Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it or reroute the package back to our facility. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you will need to return it in accordance with our return policy.
- In case your order has not been received by our warehouse yet, we can change your shipping address as long as the address is in the same state. You can contact us by live chat or send an email to support@thenaturalexpressions.com . Please don’t forget to mention your order ID.
- Once the order has been shipped, no re-routing will be possible.
Shipping & Returns
We process orders within 24 hours (business days). If you haven't received a tracking notification within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us with your Order ID so we can investigate the status for you.

Contiguous United States
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact for a full refund or exchange.
European Union (Right of Withdrawal)
- Standard Return (No questions asked): In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Extended Warranty/Quality Issues: Beyond the initial 14-day window, our standard 30-day policy remains in effect for any quality-related issues or manufacturing defects.
How to Start a Return/Exchange?
Please contact our support team with your Order ID and the reason for your request. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and the closest return center address.
